- 2003–2007 · Industrial engineer in biochemistry, fermentation and brewing, Institut Meurice, Brussels.
- 2008–2026 · Alfa Laval, Copenhagen: process and project engineering on cold block and filtration; started and ran the global craft brewing business; sales of the full portfolio across a wide region; then innovation.
- 2016– · Founder and owner of Det Gamle Hundebad, a craft beer bar in Rødovre.
