What is collected, and why
Company, name, email, country, message and, if given, phone and brewery size. They are used to answer the request and prepare a quotation, and for nothing else.
Legal basis
GDPR Article 6(1)(b), steps before a contract, and Article 6(1)(f), the legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
Who handles the data
Hostinger (web hosting), Zoho (company mailbox) and GitHub (private company records). Zoho and GitHub may process data outside the EU. The data is not sold or shared for marketing.
How long it is kept
24 months after the last contact, or longer if a contract or accounting law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to its use, by email to the address above. Complaints go to the Danish data protection authority, Datatilsynet.
